  • Utilize tools like OHRP (Organization and Human Resource Planning) to manage talent effectively. This includes identifying high-potential employees, planning for succession, and ensuring the team has the necessary skills and capabilities to meet future challenges.

  • Implement reward and recognition programs such as ATI (Annual Term Incentive), LTI (Long Term Incentive), and Lenovo Rewards to motivate and retain top talent.

  • Drive prioritization of offerings and work with WW teams (Concord COE team, Program Management team, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and respond to portfolio evolution and market demand. Interact with counterparts in NA and AP regions to drive improvements.

  • Foster a drive for innovation and optimization of processes and solutions. Work closely with the Concord COE team to improve product development and post-launch processes.

  • Provide inputs for Sales & Portfolio Monthly and Quarterly Business reviews with WW.

  • Ensure that the EMEA Portfolio Enablement Managers team aligns with the OneLenovo strategy, which aims to unify Lenovo’s operations and enhance customer experiences across all segments.
