Description and Requirements
Objective:
Drive and support Services Sales across the EMEA Channel market. Develop and enhance Solutions around Deployment and Software Products. Enable new Sales motions within the organization.
Role Overview:
- Be the "go to" person for Services & Solutions topics for Channel Sales Teams.
- Develop and drive collaboration among internal Lenovo stakeholders and Business Partners.
- Lead international Channel Services Sales and manage International BPs at the EMEA Level.
- Report to the EMEA Channel Services Sales Manager.
- Work with local Channel Management to develop Service business with Channel Partners and MidMarket Customers.
- Develop new incubation areas for international BPs.
- Lead a Channel Growth Program to increase visibility and revenue of Lenovo Services sales across EMEA.
- Act as a single point of contact for the Sales/Channel community for Platinum and International Partners on Deployment Solutions.
- Collaborate with EMEA-based Channel and Market, Enterprise and Public Sector/Channel sales, delivery, operations, and marketing teams.
- Provide training for Business Partners, including Services briefings and solutions training.
- Consult with prospects and clients to understand their Services and Maintenance needs.
- Prepare and follow marketing activities within Business Partners (e.g., Incentives, challenges, blitz days).
- Act as a Services expert in internal and external calls.
- Build self-confidence within the Channel Sales Team to recognize Lenovo as a Solution Provider.
- Manage forecasts and track results for international BPs.

Position Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in Services and Solutions Sales, Channel experience.
- 3+ years' experience in Deployment Solutions (mainly Microsoft Autopilot).
- "Out of the box" attitude and proactive leadership, entrepreneurship, innovative thinking, self-confidence, and a positive attitude.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset, Comfortable dealing with all levels of Management.
- Ability to develop new solutions in cooperation with other organizational parts to align with specialists for the Services Team and Lenovo Success.
- Proactive in identifying new Services Opportunities, increasing Services Penetration rate within accounts.
- Timely and responsive communication with senior Managers within Lenovo and Business Partners.
- Up-to-date sales pipeline management.
- Monitor competitor activity within accounts.
- Multiple languages preferred.
