Description and Requirements



This job role includes:

  • Build and maintain executive relationships, proof through opportunity generation and reflect through professional account planning
  • Work at all levels within the customer and Lenovo organization to achieve and overachieve quarterly sales incentive targets
  • Understand emerging technologies and products and Lenovo's strategies to address them
  • Identify complex problems; work with other functions and team members to support the design and implementation of solutions which address those problems
  • Work closely with your Inside Account Manager in the acquisition of new accounts.
  • Together with the Inside Account Manager set up account plans, drive pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecasting, opportunity management, customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing sales needs
  • Report on sales activity and update in Dynamics 365


Work experience:

  • 5+ years sales experience in the IT market with a proven track record of success and a focus on workplace solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of the scope of Lenovo's products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Broad existing business network (partner / end customer) in the area of Central Germany which will be relevant for efficient ramp up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English language
  • Understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use them appropriately
  • Previous experience with Dynamics 365, combined with strong Microsoft application skills, knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master's degree
  • Ability to contact, qualify, develop and close leads face to face and virtually
  • Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations
  • Prioritize customer focus, able to work under pressure of senior clients
  • Systematic, persistent and efficient when managing both time and accounts
  • Use interactive tools including chat, forums, email and monitoring to exceed customer expectations
  • Negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to align people and influence decision making, effectively working in a matrix
  • Collaborative working style and high commitment to get the job done
