Description and Requirements

As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for handling the assigned accounts and acquiring new customers in Suisse Romande territory. The position we offer is a hybrid role and office location is in Geneva.

This position reports to Sales Leader and General Manager for Infrastructure Solution Group Switzerland.



Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

  • You nurture trusted relationships with the accounts in your designated areas, understand their requirements, and develop suitable solutions. You ensure proactive follow-up, provide product information, and manage their needs and expectations.
  • You advise your clients and potential customers on business challenges and requirements as well as the available options and their benefits.
  • You acquire new customers and partners and support them while simultaneously maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • You plan, organize, and execute all commercial activities specific to the accounts, including the introduction of new products and marketing activities.
  • You create and implement business plans to increase Lenovo's market share while monitoring market developments.
  • You inform existing customers about new products and roadmaps, propose upgrades, and offer suitable transition solutions.
  • You configure, price, negotiate, and prepare sales solution quotes.
  • You drive revenue growth within your diverse business partner base by leveraging our channel incentive programs.
  • You collaborate with Lenovo's channel partners in demand generation and marketing activities.

Don’t hesitate to send us your CV if you:  

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of IT infrastructure solutions (hard-/software and services).
  • Familiarity with the reseller and solution partner business in Switzerland.
  • Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations.
  • Professional fluency in French and English, German is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher Technical Degree
  • MBA preferred
