Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of large-scale internal events (minimum 300 participants), trade shows, roadshows, and strategic industry events. The ideal candidate combines outstanding organizational skills with a deep understanding of the hardware industry in transformation through AI, and demonstrates the ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders with confidence.


Key Responsibilities:


Event Project Management

  • Plan, organize, and execute large-scale internal events, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable impact.
  • Manage the company’s participation in external trade shows and strategic industry events, applying the same rigor and performance metrics.
  • Define, monitor, and achieve key KPIs including lead value, conversion, and participant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate and orchestrate cross-functional teams, aligning efforts across marketing, sales, product, and external partners.
  • Manage budgets and agencies with precision, ensuring transparency, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks early in the event lifecycle to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve as a strong and assertive counterpart to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring business objectives are met without compromising quality.
  • Continuously optimize event strategy to maximize ROI and brand impact.

B2B Marketing Integration:

  • Partner with the B2B marketing team to design and execute demand-generation campaigns around events.
  • Align event strategy with account-based marketing initiatives and sales pipeline goals.
  • Ensure that business audiences receive tailored content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, executive sessions) within event frameworks.
  • Track event-driven contribution to B2B pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale events (300+ participants).
  • Strong knowledge of the hardware sector and its transformation in the context of AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering against KPIs (lead value, conversion, satisfaction).
  • Excellent budget management skills and experience working with agencies.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy and keen attention to detail, German being your first language
  • Fluent in English
