Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.领导系统架构设计，推动开发团队实现最佳设计方案，以满足新产品需求。

2.在产品核心团队和开发团队中担任开发代表，与跨职能团队协作，就技术解决方案、突破、准备和执行进行协调。

3.领导整个工程阶段的项目管理，包括领导开发团队修复缺陷以满足质量标准。

4.在概念开发阶段进行RFI/RFQ控制，准备和审查技术和开发相关提案文件。进行ODM报价审查/评估。与ODM团队进行技术交流。

5.产品生命周期管理，包括产品PCR/ECR评估领导（产品独特和跨平台）。

6.BOM结构/模板的开发和资格EC级别控制，ODT与EC/BOM团队之间的接口。

7.了解掌握业界行业新技术的创新趋势，引领产品系统设计突破。


岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历。

2.对PMI流程和方法论有基本了解。具备PMI PMP认证者优先。

3.8年及以上项目管理经验，最好有PC开发项目管理经验。

4.具有系统架构设计经验或EE/平台设计经验者优先，对Intel/AMD/Qualcomm硬件和软件解决方案有良好了解。

5.笔记本电脑，平台，手机行业开发经验优先。

6.具有流利的英语技能（书写/阅读和口语）。

7.沟通/团队合作能力强，能够根据项目管理原则与（全球）团队成员合作。

8.解决问题能力强，能够使用适当的项目管理工具和方法来处理项目问题。

9.具有平台、电子背景者优先。
