主要职责：

1，制定智能穿戴耳机的系统架构设计规范，确保产品满足技术要求和市场需求。

2，评估新技术和趋势，为产品创新提供技术指导和决策支持。

3，协调硬件、软件和固件团队，确保各部分协同工作，满足系统性能和稳定性要求。

4，与产品经理合作，定义产品需求和功能规格，确保产品设计符合用户期望。

5，进行系统性能分析和优化，提高产品的响应速度和资源利用率。

6，监督产品开发过程，解决关键技术问题和挑战。

7，准备技术文档，包括架构设计图、性能报告和测试计划。

8，提供技术支持和咨询，协助解决客户的技术问题。

任职要求：

1，电子工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位。

2，至少5年的复杂蓝牙耳机硬件系统系统架构设计经验，优先考虑具一线品牌器件耳机产品经验的候选人。

3，深入理解嵌入式系统、无线通信技术和音频处理原理，精通耳机产品相关的蓝牙,WIFI协议，能够识别和把控射频的风险，对于耳机的ANC主动降噪以及ENC有较为深入的理解和实战经验

4，熟悉软件开发流程和敏捷方法论。

5，强大的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力。

6，具有良好的项目管理思维，有PMP证书优先

7，良好的团队合作精神和领导力。

8，能够快速学习新技术和适应变化。

9，良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
