岗位职责：

1、武汉研发数据中心基础设施（目前已包含130+服务器）的运维和架构优化, 加强属地运维支持（100+研发和测试工程师）和9家ODM/DH运维托管支持。

2、对现有研发工具系统提供7*24hr支持，包括工作站，Gerrit，Jenkins，签名服务，文件交换系统，制品仓库（image server）等。

3、完善制品仓库（image server）的数据分发和备份管理策略，评估并引入新的工具。

4、贯彻公司安全合规要求，确保武汉研发数据中心信息安全。

岗位要求：

1、熟悉ThinkSystem、DELL、HP x86服务器，2年及以上运维经验；

2、熟悉Ubuntu，Windows Server操作系统，熟练使用Prometheus，ansible，腾讯blueking等运维工具，2年及以上运维经验；

3、熟悉Cisco、Juniper交换机配置，2年及以上运维经验；具备相关证书者优先；

4、熟悉Gerrit、Jenkins、Jira、Confluence、Coverity等DevOps工具，2年及以上运维经验；

5、至少熟悉Shell/Python/Go等语言中的一种，并具备一定的开发能力，有运维工具开发经验者优先；

6、有运维Android开发环境者优先；

7、有OpenStack、Vmware、Kubernetes等虚拟化及容器化平台者优先；

8、有外企工作经历优先；有武汉华为运维工作经验优先。
