Description and Requirements

核心工作内容

1. 根据生产性企业的供应链数字化/智能化（含工厂数字化）需求，在咨询事业部负责人指导下，牵头组建项目BD团队，积极引导客户并响应招标需求，完成项目签约，承担销售责任

2. 作为项目经理，管理生产性供应链咨询项目，负责项目组建、启动、交付、客户关系管理、分阶段验收收款，配合客户做好智能化转型落地实施的专业支撑和服务，承担项目交付责任；

3. 作为供应链领域专家，为咨询服务项目或客户的智能化/数字化供应链方案需求，提供企业业务架构与系统架构设计指导，为方法论开发、沉淀负责

主要能力要求：

1. 连续五年以上的生产性企业供应链数字化/智能化咨询服务经验，最好另具备2年以上制造业供应链业务实操经验

2. 熟悉制造业的供应链业务流程和数字化方法论，以项目经理或以上级别身份、有较丰富的智能化/数字化转型咨询项目BD、管理、交付经验

3. 具备数字化/智能化供应链顶层设计与方法论研究、开发能力，有大数据分析、AI建模项目经验者优先

4. 具备很强的逻辑思维能力、快速学习能力、良好的聆听与沟通能力、中英文书面及口头语言交流能力
