Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.日常运营管理： 负责技术管理委员会的日常运营，制定委员会业务会议议题和议程，确保各项决策和计划的顺利执行、技术委员会日常运营管理支持。

2. 技术研发协调：协调各业务单元（BU）之间的技术研发工作，推动跨BU协同研发，促进研发资源和成果的复用。

3. 组织技术交流：组织技术分享与交流活动，促进技术知识的传播和团队间的技术交流。

4. 推动管理体系完善：梳理并完善技术创新及研发管理体系，包括制定技术规划模板、研发管理流程模板等，并推进模板使用和流程建立。

5. 技术项目管理：识别技术技术创新专项课题，组织技术研发项目的立项和里程碑计划制定，确保项目进度及项目质量。

任职要求：

1. 教育背景： 计算机科学、信息技术、自动化或相关领域的本科及以上学历。

2. 工作经验： 至少5年相关领域的工作经验，具有技术研发管理或项目管理经验者优先。

3. 专业技能：熟悉技术研发流程和管理体系。具备良好的项目管理和协调能力。了解人工智能、大数据等相关技术领域。

4. 沟通能力： 优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同部门和团队有效沟通。

5. 战略思维： 具备战略思维能力，能够从宏观角度理解和推动技术战略的实施。

6. 语言能力： 良好的中文和英文沟通能力。
