Description and Requirements

工作内容：
1. 参与早期科技类项目投资，对新科技、新趋势定期做前瞻性分析和行业研究，探索新赛道的机会；
2. 寻找、筛选符合整体投资策略的优质项目，组织和参与对企业的尽职调查、行业分析、客户走访、专家访谈等，完成投资决策报告的编写；
3. 参与交易的执行，包括交易结构设计、关键条款谈判，促使交易完成；
4. 建立维护跟高校、科研院所、公营机构及政府的合作关系及设计创新的合作模式；
5. 负责已投资项目的投后管理，定期进行实地调研、经营情况监控、行业竞争格局分析等，完成投后管理报告。

任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，要求理工科背景（微电子、通信工程、计算机、自动控制、机械设计、数学、汽车设计等专业优先考虑）；
2. 至少5年或以上的科技项目投资经验；
3. 至少3年大学、科研院科技成果转化等相关经验；
4. 熟悉大学及科研院所的项目孵化机制，有过实际高校科技项目转化、投资或者FA经验，能独立挖掘科技创业项目，并负责项目前期沟通、后续的立项及投资分析；
5. 有优秀的华东地区的高校、院所、园区、政府合作基础经验者优先；
6. 有系统的早期项目孵化及投资经验优先；
7. 有明星项目孵化及投资经验优先；
8. 参与过大学、科研院所等科技项目转化、孵化及融资经验优先；
9. 接受定期出差等相关安排。
