Lenovo moto手机产品经理

岗位职责

1、战略规划与产品定义:作为中国区moto手机产品的战略引领者,深入分析市场动态,制定长期产品规划和战略,确保产品方向符合中国市场发展趋势及消费者深层次需求。

2、深度市场洞察:利用行业资源和高级分析工具,持续追踪并解析市场动态、竞争对手策略及消费者行为变化,为产品创新和优化提供数据支持和洞察。

3、整合营销策略:基于产品特性和市场定位,设计并执行高度定制化的4P整合营销策略,包括产品差异化策略、精准定价、多渠道布局及高效促销活动,以最大化市场份额和品牌影响力。

4、端到端的管理和经营:作为关键项目负责人,领导并协调跨部门团队(包括研发、销售、市场、供应链等),确保产品从概念到上市的全流程高效执行,解决复杂问题并推动项目成功。

5、创新与引领:鼓励并推动产品创新,引入新技术、新设计或新服务模式,以引领市场潮流,满足甚至超越消费者期待。

岗位要求:

1、丰富行业经验:至少8年以上手机或消费电子行业产品经理工作经验,具备成功领导并推出多款畅销产品的记录。

2、战略视野与领导力:具备卓越的战略思维能力和领导力,能够洞察行业趋势,制定并实施前瞻性产品战略。

3、深度市场理解:对中国手机市场有深入的理解和独到的见解,能够准确把握消费者心理和行为模式。

4、高效沟通与协作:具备出色的沟通协调能力,能够高效领导并激励跨部门团队,共同达成目标。

5、数据分析与决策:熟练运用数据分析工具和方法,能够从海量数据中提取有价值的信息,为产品决策提供有力支持。

6、持续学习与创新:保持对新技术、新趋势的敏锐度,持续学习并推动产品和服务的创新。

7、语言能力:中文流利,英文能力突出者优先。
