Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 结合集群拓扑与GPU架构特点、分析AI任务性能瓶颈并进行优化
2. 负责国产异构硬件软件栈适配，优化模型训练和推理性能等

岗位要求：
1. 全日制硕士以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能等相关专业；
2. 拥有良好的C/C++、Python等编程能力，熟悉数据结构以及计算机系统架构，有良好的工程实现能力；
3. 至少熟练一种AI框架（PyTorch / TensorFlow /Paddle），了解其底层性能优化原理和实现；
4. 熟练掌握深度学习原理与常见优化算法，有模型训练和推理相关项目背景尤佳；
5. 具有良好的沟通与解决问题能力；

 加分项：
1. 了解国产AI硬件工具链，有性能优化相关经历
2. 在AI或者HPC领域发表过高水平论文
