Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1、负责基于市场分析&用户洞察,策划输出基于不同营销节点的营销推广策略并整合项目资源,以及联合跨部门执行落地相应营销推广方案;包括不限于:创意视觉物料、IP合作、媒介、DigitalSocial、社区粉丝、官网、电商、零售门店、服务等营销活动和促销活动等方案与执行,促进产品销售&市场份额提升,提升品牌口碑;

2、能够全面、准确、深入理解业务需求及理解用户全生命周期的价值营销重点,并会指定用户全生命周期的推广方案;同时负责对数据分析,通过报表、模型、自动化等方式输出数据信息和分析结果,生成可视化可参考的数据报告,优化营销业务流程&效率;

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,数学、统计学、市场营销等相关专业经验优先。

23年以上工作经历,有电脑数码行业背景优先,有整合促销经验或者数据分析经验优先;

3、思维清晰,逻辑性强;有良好的沟通能力、自学能力和团队协作精神;
