Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 提升品牌认知度美誉度,强化客户价值主张

2. 制定新品上市的推广策略及策划,包括客户洞察、推广节奏、阵地、核心内容创意、流量与销量的目标分解、资源分配等

3. 社交阵地经营,包括流量,客户,BD合作等

4. 规划内容营销策略及落地, 不断扩大目标客户规模,提升流量热度

5. 构建营销闭环和营销评估机制

6. 通过深入经营客户,提升客户粘性、产品认可度及品牌美誉度


岗位要求:

1. 统招本科及以上学历, 7年以上品牌或产品或电商或社交平台等推广及营销相关工作经验; 

2. 熟悉头部社交阵地流量玩法,有营销敏感度及市场洞察力;

3. 优秀的资源统筹规划能力,项目执行力及推动力;

4. 快速学习能力,主观能动性强;

5. 良好的沟通力,影响力以及呈现能力;
