Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1、负责联想消费产品在京东站内站外的内容营销规划及运营工作,最大化获取京东站内站外精准流量;
2、负责内容的规划和产出,包括图文内容设计撰写,种草,外部PR稿,产品开箱评测,使用技巧及相关短视频等内容的产出,达成浏览量及时长目标;
3、负责联想消费短视频的规划及传播,包括京东站内、抖音、快手、B站、斗鱼等平台等,内容对位客户,精准店内引流转化;
4、负责对接京东内容营销,获取京东站内及站外更多资源曝光,实现产品销转;
5、负责内部达人体系搭建,培养体系内的KOL达人,带货主播,种草达人等;负责KA员工和外部潜力内容创作者的挖掘与培养,建设一支有战斗力和专业度的内容营销队伍;
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,营销相关专业优先。
2、三年以上电商营销运营经验,从事过3C类电商营销、运营者优先。
3、熟悉京东及各大平台特点,具备内容营销运营经验,针对岗位关键KPI,能够结合平台进行内容设计和传播,并从业务视角根据传播效果数据化评估不断优化和改善形成闭环;
4、有较强的学习能力、市场洞察能力、创新能力、资源整合能力、数据分析能力,商务洽谈能力。
5、有良好的团队协作精神和沟通协调能力、强有力的执行力及承压能力,具有进取心和创新力。
