Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.负责PC电脑上AI生图软件的产品规划、设计与优化，对市场、用户需求进行分析，制定产品发展方向，达成项目目标，并根据市场变化及时对产品进行调整和修正 。 

2.监控和保证项目开发进度和质量，并与开发工程师密切合作、协调、沟通，以确保产品按时按质完成 。 

3.与市场团队紧密合作，开展市场营销策略，将AI生图软件推向市场，并进行用户调查和反馈，帮助提升产品价值了解AI创作相关的产品，并对其进行分析，为改进产品提供方向和思路 。 

4.协助市场营销部门进行产品宣传和营销活动，为产品建立品牌和市场知名度 。

岗位要求：

1.计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习相关专业背景，本科及以上学历 。 

2.熟悉AI工具的使用及原理，如ChatGPT、Llama、Claude等，并具有实际应用经验 。 

3.负责制定和执行AI项目，如Prompt设计平台化方法和模板化方法 。 

4.了解并熟悉Prompt Engineering，包括常见的Prompt优化策略（例如CoT、Few-shot等） 。

 5.对数据驱动的决策有深入的理解，能够基于数据分析做出决策 。 

6.具有创新思维，能够基于业务需求提出并实践AI first的解决方案 。 

7.具备一定的编程和算法研究能力，能应用新的AI技术和算法于对话模型生成 。 

8.良好的跨部门沟通能力，能够与开发、设计、销售等部门协作，确保目标一致 。 

9.项目管理能力，能够制定项目计划，监控进度，确保按时按质完成产品开发 。
