Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责搜集、整理公司日常动态信息，挖掘公关传播点，针对日常话题、行业活动、重点品牌活动等进行选题策划、内容输出、渠道发布及公关口径把握；

2. 负责规划各类媒体及行业的榜单评选，整理数据、提交调研，并跟进评选及后续传播；

3. 拓展及维护良好的媒体关系，积极进行媒体联络、沟通话题及输出机构/投资人观点，策划媒体采访，进行稿件沟通及后续传播；

4. 策划举办公司公关活动，并积极开展行业交流，组织参加各类行业活动、媒体活动；

5. 协同投后工作，按需支持被投企业进行融资宣发、媒体传播、资源对接等。

 

任职要求：

1. 硕士研究生及以上学历，新闻、传媒等相关专业，5年以上媒体公关工作经验，有投资机构、财经公关经验尤佳；

2. 具备优秀的新闻敏感性、选题策划能力及稿件撰写能力，能监控报道过程和传播效果；

3. 熟悉创投行业，拥有丰富的媒体关系，了解媒体运作方式，善于拓展及整合媒体资源；

4. 具备快速沟通与协调能力，具有良好的个人品行与职业操守，细心踏实，抗压能力强。
