Description and Requirements

1、负责金融行业TOP客户的市场拓展和商机挖掘,进行客户关系、渠道关系的建立和维护,充分覆盖数据中心等企业级产品重要客户; 
2、拥有处理极复杂客户危机公关的能力,要求在限定时间内挽回公司已流失的关键客户,获取客户信任,挽回公司声誉;
3、对金融项目市场/客户需求调研,拥有公司3S转型所需的能力及洞察力,获取客户需求信息,根据项目要求进行需求确认和管理; 
4、保持与客户的沟通,协调后台市场和产品方案环节的支撑,能够应对突发的设备故障及客户的问责,负责相关产品解决方案的客户交流推广和交流; 
5、挖掘和跟踪商机,负责项目策划、培育、跟踪、落单,完成销售任务;跟踪和落实商务、回款工作,协调沟通公司商务、法务、应收、财务等平台部门; 
6、对客户进行有效的拜访与观察,提前布局,协同好生态等各方势力,对客户进行各方面的分析与评价,有效监测和控制客户风险; 
7、收集竞争对手情况,包括竞争对手的产业、价格、优缺点、销售模式等。
