Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1.    ‌线上引流及转化:组织联想智生活门店在抖音、小红书、高德地图、大众点评等线上平台进行引流活动,针对性的设计营销方案,实现线下门店的引流及销售转化; 

2.    ‌线下引流及转化:结合线下销售的重要时间节点,例如五一、暑假、十一、寒假等,组织线下门店开展游戏活动、品鉴会等线下引流活动,提高线下门店销售转化;

3.    ‌组织与协调‌:组织所在区域的营销活动落地工作,承接总部任务和计划。

任职要求:

1.    具备大学本科及以上学历,消费心理学、市场营销等相关专业优先;

2.    对零售客户全旅程全链路工作有深入了解,有深入的客户洞察分析能力,对行业市场动态和终端用户引流、转化方式高度敏感,具备3C类产品的线上及线下门店引流、转化等方面的专业技能;有小红书、抖音等线上平台营销运营经验优先;

3.    具有3年以上3C行业头部厂商的线上、线下市场开发、营销推广经验; 

4.    具备良好的沟通和组织能力,强烈的自我驱动力和学习力,能够快速掌握新知识、新技能。
