Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1. 市场研究与用户洞察

- 深入研究市场动态、消费者行为、竞品分析及行业趋势,为业务提供前瞻性产品策略建议。

- 定期进行目标用户画像构建、需求调研及满意度分析,确保产品规划与用户需求紧密结合,持续优化产品价值主张。

2. 产品规划与营销

- 规划产品整体Portfolio及Roadmap,制定产品定位策略,核心竞争优势及差异化卖点。

- 与研发深度协同,参与产品开发设计,提供中国市场及用户洞察建议,优化用户体验及粘性,提升品牌知名度,美誉度,NPS。

- 制定产品营销计划,包括定价、促销策略、渠道管理、新品上市等,确保达成整体经营目标。

- 开拓创新营销模式,与销售、市场营销等团队紧密协同,提升营销效果与投资回报率。

岗位要求

1)本科及以上教育背景,5年以上平板产品管理经验;

3)了解中国消费平板市场,用户需求和技术发展趋势;

4)优秀的策略深入思考能力,全局思维,经营意识;

5)优秀的中英文沟通能力和团队协作能力
