Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 建立销售运营数据管理机制。

2. 日常监控并管理违规行为，月度出具监控报告。

3. 针对重点领域、异常数据，进行专项深度盘点和分析，出具调查报告，推进改进闭环。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历；

2. 3年PC销售管理或销售运营工作经验；

3. 熟练使用Power BI、SQL等数据分析工具；

4. 数据敏感，责任心强，可接受不定期出差；

5. 财务审计复合背景优先。
