Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

a) 负责智驾产品的硬件需求分析、关键元器件选项、原理图设计、layout review等工作，完成产品从报价到量产的全过程。

b) 根据产品需求文档，完成技术方案、产品元器件清单表和其他报价材料。与其他团队协同工作，完成客户问题的澄清和设计方案制定。维护产品的硬件架构图。

c) 遵循公司硬件的V开发流程，完成产品的设计、仿真、调试、制作和设计验证等过程，并组织硬件开发小组完成对应的阶段性输出物，如BOM、测试报告、FMEA， FMEDA，lessons learn，8D报告等。

d) 参与公司产品平台的功能定义和样机开发，配合产品和商务部门完成业务拓展活动。

e) 组织公司内部团队资源解决开发过程、客户端和生产端出现的硬件问题，并提交分析报告。


岗位要求：

a) 核心工作内容：智动驾驶产品的硬件设计和验证、功能安全文档编写、设计FMEA、最坏情况计算分析。配合项目经理按照关键时间节点完成硬件开发工作和成本控制。

b) 职位所需三点核心技能：1）具有英伟达Orin智驾平台、地平线J6、TI TDA4等平台的产品开发经验 。2）精通复杂SOC平台设计，如高通汽车SOC系列、TC397、NV SOC，熟悉电源架构设计，熟悉DDR5、视频Serdes、高速以太网等车载高速信号的设计与选型。3）熟悉汽车功能安全的硬件设计和持续的成本优化能力。

c) 教育背景要求： 本科及以上电子相关专业学历。

d) 英语能力要求： 读写流利，口语可以应对工作中的电话会议。

e) 行业要求：汽车行业从业经验至少10年以上，域控制器硬件量产设计经验3年以上。
