Description and Requirements

Lenovo xCloud,是基于联想20余年全球IT与业务运营的实践而“内生外化“出的智能云解决方案。以混合云基础架构为坚实依托,围绕人工智能展开了全方位且深层次的方案升级;涵盖AI技术平台、混合云平台、智算中心、臻算服务四大组成部分,助力客户云上业务高效稳定运行,并为企业AI Twin(人工智能双胞胎)架构成功落地保驾护航。

岗位职责:

  1. 负责联想AI技术平台,尤其是模型开发平台的产品规划、技术设计;
  2. 能够从用户视角指导产品设计,并参与核心算法模块的设计的开发,推动产品落地; 
  3. 负责联想混合云运维智能化场景的落地,参与需求分析、算法设计、算法落地、持续效果追踪与算法迭代改进工作; 
  4. 紧跟前沿趋势,能清晰规划大模型开发和应用方向的技术路线和团队布局;
  5. 提供架构、稳定性、在线服务的工程支持。

岗位要求

  1. 教育背景:计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业的硕士或博士学位;发表过高水平论文/优质技术博客,或活跃参与知名开源项目者优先; 
  2. 算法技术:熟悉高质量数据建设,解决过数据生产过程中的疑难问题,熟悉NLP领域,掌握语言大模型训练的常见技术,如指令微调、偏好对齐、Lora、RL算法(PPO、DPO等),重视算法质量评测,对 bad case 敏锐并善于归因,有过自动化评测或评测提效的项目经历加分,了解训练和推理性能优化的常见知识; 
  3. 业务交付:能够对业务问题进行分析拆解建模,综合应用机器学习、传统NLP算法和大模型技术提升效果,负责落地过问答、RAG、总结摘要、信息抽取、数据分析、agent调优等方面的项目加分; 
  4. 基础素质: 逻辑严谨并能清晰阐述自己的思考;深入掌握代码的关键细节;对最新技术有强烈学习欲。
