Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1、负责服务器热仿真和散热方案设计/仿真分析，具备自板级到Rack级的散热设计能力；
2、负责服务器散热新技术,新材料研究与导入；
3、负责产品Debug以及客户的散热问题分析和解决；

4、负责全生命周期的散热管理。

岗位要求：
1、计算机、电子、机械、工程热物理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、精通Flotherm、Anasys Icepak等仿真工具，能熟练常用的2D/3D结构设计软件；
3、具备风冷、液冷等散热技术及产品开发能力，能够独立完成各种散热设计工作；
4、具有至少5年以上服务器散热行业开发经验；
5、做事严谨认真，具备良好的沟通协调能力、分析和解决问题能力，能够承受工作压力。
