Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 负责服务器产品的系统和板卡级别的信号完整性风险评估；

2. 输出layout 设计指导和检视PCB设计；

3. 完成项目的前后仿真分析，参与测试issue debug和correlation.

岗位要求

1. 五年以上SI领域工作经验，研究生学历可放宽至三年以上，具备SI基本理论知识和仿真技能，有correlation经验者优先考虑；

2. 三年以上服务器产品单板和系统级SI从业经历，具备系统级SI方案评估能力，有debug仿真经验者优先考虑；

3. 至少熟练使用一套时域/频域SI仿真工具，了解工具背后的算法和基本的仿真逻辑，有Intel平台工具仿真经验者优先考虑；

4. 沟通能力强，能准确获取到沟通过程中的关键信息，能逻辑清晰的表达自己的观点，思维敏捷，有一定的抗压能力；

5. 有Layout设计、PI仿真、SI测试等相关岗位工作经验和技能者优先考虑。
