Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.通过用户洞察，数据分析，深入了解用户需求和痛点，定义游戏产品软件卖点和体验要求。全面负责游戏平板及周边产品行业洞察产业链全景、技术趋势、成本及竞争对手，洞悉特定消费者需求，定义产品调性和产品包装，识别并抓住产业发展机会，制定有竞争力可交付的产品roadmap，实现商业成功； 

2.规划和定义游戏相关功能，开展游戏产品生态合作，确保按时交付高质量的产品功能；

3.管理产品生命周期，包括用户研究、需求收集、产品规划、功能定义，并支持必要的产品运营推广；

4.与研发团队合作，确保产品功能的技术实现与设计意图一致；

5.监控产品性能，通过数据分析和用户反馈不断打磨，迭代产品。 

 

岗位要求：

1. 2年以上的手机游戏产品实操经验，有成功的产品案例。熟悉消费类游戏手机、周边产品等产业链，有通讯终端产品经理经验优先； 

2.对用户体验有深刻理解，能够从用户角度出发设计和优化产品；

3.具有细腻的洞察力，能够捕捉市场趋势和用户需求的变化；

4.出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效合作，有较强组织协调与沟通能力，坚韧自信，推动力与执行力强，有使命必达的结果导向意识；

5. 英语可作为工作语言，日常交流，开会沟通和邮件等。
