岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
1.The Infrastructure Networking Engineer serves as the technical owner for networking solutions across Lenovo CSP infrastructure platforms, including compute servers, storage servers, AI servers, rack-scale, and cluster-scale systems.
2.This role is responsible for networking solution definition, NIC/DPU and optical transceiver selection, system integration, qualification, supplier engagement, debugging, and lifecycle management throughout NPI and sustaining phases. The engineer will work closely with System Architecture, Electrical, Signal Integrity, Thermal, Firmware, and Product Management teams to ensure networking solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, manufacturability, and customer deployment requirements.
3.The position will also drive networking technology roadmap development and implementation readiness for next-generation data center and AI infrastructure, including high-speed Ethernet, InfiniBand, AI fabric networking, SmartNIC/DPU technologies, and optical networking solutions.
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in server networking, data center networking, or hyperscale infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of:
- Ethernet and InfiniBand architectures
- SmartNIC and DPU technologies
- Optical transceiver technologies (QSFP, OSFP, DAC, AOC)
- PCIe architecture
- Server networking architecture
• Experience with Linux and Windows server environments, networking performance analysis, and debugging tools for networking component validation and issue investigation.
• Experience developing test scripts using Python, Shell, or similar scripting languages for component validation and debugging.
• Experience working with networking vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
