Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with third‑party technology partners to co‑develop and deliver AI‑driven proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) demonstrating leading‑edge innovation.
2. Conduct hands-on R&D and rapid prototyping for Personal AI/Agent experiences (e.g., cross-device workflows, context/knowledge integration, tool use, automation).
3. Integrate partner solutions with internal AI systems/agent frameworks to validate feasibility, performance, reliability, and scalability; produce evaluation reports and POC retrospectives.

4. Build reusable components/SDKs and engineering foundations (logging/metrics, testability, documentation) to accelerate future experimentation and pilot readiness.

5. Iterate rapidly on AI solutions to produce high‑quality, technically rigorous POC outcomes.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s degree or above in CS/EE/AI or related field; PhD is a plus.

2. 5+ years of strong software engineering experience with proven delivery in innovation/0-to-1 prototyping (POC/Pilot/MVP).

3. Strong proficiency in Java or C++, with solid fundamentals in data structures/algorithms, concurrency, networking, and system design.

4. Experience building AI-powered applications (LLM/RAG, prompt & context engineering, retrieval/vector search, evaluation/guardrails) is strongly preferred.

5. Experience leading a small team or acting as technical lead/mentor is a plus.

4. English communication skill is a plus for cross-region collaboration and partner alignment.

岗位职责

1. 与第三方技术合作伙伴协作，共同开发并交付基于AI的概念验证（POC），展示前沿技术创新能力；
2. 开展Personal AI / Agent相关的研发与快速原型开发（如跨设备协同流程、上下文/知识整合、工具调用、自动化等）；
3. 将合作伙伴解决方案与内部AI系统及Agent框架进行集成，验证其可行性、性能、可靠性及可扩展性，并输出评估报告及POC复盘；
4. 构建可复用组件/SDK及工程基础能力（如日志、指标监控、可测试性、文档等），提升后续实验效率及试点落地能力；
5. 基于AI解决方案进行快速迭代，持续产出高质量、技术严谨的POC成果。

岗位要求

1. 计算机科学、电子工程、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历，博士优先；
2. 5年以上软件工程经验，有创新类项目或0-1原型开发（POC/Pilot/MVP）成功交付经验；
3. 精通Java或C++，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，以及并发、网络、系统设计能力；
4. 有AI应用开发经验优先（如LLM/RAG、Prompt工程、上下文工程、检索/向量搜索、评估与安全机制等）；
5. 有带领小团队或担任技术负责人/技术导师经验者优先；
6. 具备良好的英文沟通能力，能够支持跨区域协作及合作伙伴对接者优先。
