We are looking for a highly motivated AI Library Program Manager to help shape and scale Lenovo’s AI Library ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of AI solutions, ISV partnerships, and go-to-market execution, enabling end-to-end AI offerings that combine software, hardware, and services. You will act as a key connector between internal teams and external ISV partners, driving structured execution of AI use cases into scalable, customer-ready solutions. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and enjoys bringing clarity and structure to emerging initiatives. You will play a central role in building and operationalizing a growing AI ecosystem across EMEA and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of coordination for ISVs and internal stakeholders to enable AI Library use case activation and scalable solution delivery
- Program manage ISV ecosystem activities, ensuring structured go-to-market execution and alignment across partners and internal teams
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across product, sales, offering, and technical teams, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities
- Support development and execution of ISV go-to-market motions, frameworks, and activation strategies
- Translate business needs and technical inputs into actionable, market-ready AI use cases and solutions
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of AI Library initiatives
- Prepare executive-ready materials including presentations, status updates, and program reporting on ecosystem progress
- Gather feedback, measure outcomes, and continuously improve AI Library programs and ISV engagement models
- Monitor AI industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or cross-functional delivery roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, digital transformation, or technology-driven initiatives
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a global environment
- Experience coordinating external partners, vendors, or ecosystem stakeholders is highly valued
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, “build-as-you-go” environment with ambiguity
- Experience creating presentations, reports, or executive communications
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Experience in strategy, operations, or go-to-market program roles within technology organizations
- Understanding of AI ecosystems, ISVs, or enterprise software partnerships
- Interest in emerging AI technologies and responsible AI adoption
