You will be reporting directly to our AI Solution Architect Director

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our department's products across Eastern Europe. Your role involves building strong communication channels with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying the value of our products. This will drive business expansion and foster deep, cooperative relationships.

In the realm of LLM model development and optimization, you will enhance the model's language understanding, generation, and reasoning abilities by improving the attention mechanism. You will explore strategies such as model parallelism and mixed-precision training to boost training efficiency and resource utilization, ensuring stable training and efficient convergence on large-scale datasets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible for the marketing and promotion of the department's products.
• Actively build a communication bridge with customers
• Utilize and improve the attention mechanism to enhance the model's language understanding, generation and reasoning abilities. Explore strategies such as model parallelism and mixed-precision training to improve training efficiency and resource utilization, and ensure the stable training and efficient convergence of the model on large-scale datasets.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations on the performance, quality and effect of LLM models. Based on the evaluation results, conduct in-depth analysis of the model's strengths and weaknesses, and formulate targeted optimization strategies to continuously optimize the model's performance in different application scenarios.

What You bring:

• Excellent Communication skills
• Possess sharp market insight and efficient information - gathering capabilities, and be able to independently conduct multi - channel research, accurately identify market trends, pain points of user needs, and potential business opportunities.
• Be proficient in creating presentation materials with excellent visual effects and prominent key content. 

• Possess solid theoretical knowledge and practical experience in deep learning, have an in-depth understanding of the principles and technical details of large language models,
• Be familiar with the basic tasks and technologies in the field of natural language processing, including but not limited to text classification, sentiment analysis, machine translation, question answering systems, etc.
• Project Experience - be able to independently undertake the design and implementation of knowledge base agents
• Have sharp technical insight and problem-solving ability, be able to independently analyze and solve complex technical problems

Nice-to-have skills: 

• Those with experience in the delivery of AI products are preferred.
• Those who can independently complete the preprocessing of training sets and have experience in model stitching are preferred.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in AI project development or management.
