Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points.
• Design generative AI solutions for HR-related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows.
• Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates.

• Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
• Address various issues during the project to ensure the achievement of project goals.

• Provide technical consulting and support to internal users in the field of AI & generative AI, addressing their technical inquiries.
• Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the generative AI field, with a preference for having successfully implemented projects.
• Proficiency in generative AI technologies, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), image generation, and speech synthesis.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or Java, is preferred.
• Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Deep understanding of the generative AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in successfully implementing HR AI applications & solutions for HR is a plus.
