Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 负责规划和建设公司大模型产品应急响应标准、策略和流程，制定和维护安全应急预案，确保在出现安全事件时能够迅速、有效地响应和处理。
2. 作为第一响应人，负责协调和指导团队处理各类大模型产品安全事件，包括但不限于舆情事件、监管部门问询与应答、大模型产品安全漏洞、内容安全事件、内容安全投诉和举报等。
3. 在应急事件发生时，负责与内部相关部门、外部监管机构、合作伙伴进行协调和沟通，及时处置降低事件影响。
4. 参与公司内容安全审核机制建设，制定审核标准、审核策略和流程，指导一线内容审核人员开展风控日志、风控事件审核。
5. 负责组建和管理应急响应团队，提供必要的培训和指导，确保团队成员具备高效的工作能力和良好的职业道德。
6. 持续关注国内外大模型安全事件、舆情事件等，对公司大模型产品进行风险评估，消减可能存在的安全风险。
7. 负责定期组织和参与内部安全培训和演练，提高团队成员的安全意识和应急响应能力，确保安全事件发生时能及时有效处理。
8. 负责定期向高层管理团队报告大模型应急响应工作情况，提供数据分析和改进建议，支持公司决策。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，法律、信息安全、危机管理或相关专业优先。
2. 至少5年以上的内容安全、应急管理或相关领域的工作经验，有大模型AI产品内容安全管理经验者优先。
3. 熟悉互联网内容安全管理法律法规，具备良好的风险评估和危机处理能力。
4. 了解AI技术和大模型产品的基本原理，能够与技术团队有效沟通。
5. 具备良好的团队建设和管理能力，能够激励团队成员并提升团队整体效能。
6. 具备出色的沟通和协调能力，能够与不同部门和团队建立良好的工作关系。
7. 具备敏锐的洞察力和判断力，能够准确识别和处理复杂问题。
8. 能够在高压环境下保持冷静，有效应对各种挑战和突发事件。
9. 具备良好的中英文沟通和书面表达能力，能够处理国际化内容安全问题。
10. 拥有CISSP、CISM、CISA等安全行业认证证书优先。
