Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
  • 与客户进行技术沟通，了解其需求并提供专业的AI解决方案建议。
  • 基于客户需求，结合公司AI产品及技术能力，设计并撰写详细的解决方案文档，包括系统架构、技术路线、功能模块等编写和维护售前技术文档、方案材料及演示文稿。
  • 协助销售团队进行技术交流和方案演示，支持销售活动。
  • 跟踪和分析AI技术发展趋势，持续优化和改进解决方案
  • 与研发团队紧密合作，确保方案的可行性和实施效果。

岗位要求：

  • 计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 10年以上计算机相关职位工作经验。
  • 2年以上AI方案设计和实施经验，具备售前技术支持经验者优先。
  • 熟悉前端和后端技术，能够设计和实现完整的AI解决方案。
  • 深入了解智能体、模型开发及相关AI技术。
  • 优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与客户和内部团队有效协作。
  • 具备良好的文档编写能力，能够编写清晰、详细的技术文档和方案材料。
  • 具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够快速掌握新技术并应用于实际工作中。
