Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

  1. 负责桌面一体机(AIO)产品的端到端产品生命周期管理。
  2. 制定具有竞争力的商业一体机产品策略,包括产品组合、工业设计(ID)、功能、成本、质量和计划安排,以反映市场趋势、技术趋势、客户需求和竞争态势。
  3. 与跨部门团队合作,准备产品报价、定价、促销活动和产品生命周期管理。
  4. 跟踪并优化产品组合,以推动与联想财务目标相一致的可持续市场份额增长。
  5. 与分销和渠道团队合作,制定季度销入/销出计划。

任职要求:

  1. 拥有6年以上科技产品(最好是消费电子/IT行业)的产品和/或业务管理经验。
  2. 最好有作为产品经理负责个人电脑产品线端到端经验,并能领导后端团队实现成果。
  3. 具备财务管理和损益表(P&L)经验。
  4. 英语沟通能力强,达到专业水平。
  5. 具备强烈的责任心,能够在高压环境下有效展示工作成果并开展工作。

Roles & Responsibilities
1. E2E product lifecycle responsibility for Desktop commerical AIO business
2. Define winning commerical AIO strategy with portfolio, ID, feature, cost, quality and schedule plan reflecting marketing trend, tech trend, customer needs and competition status

3. Collaborate with the cross teams to prepare product offerings, price setting, promotions and lifecycle management
4. Tracking and optimize product portfolio to drive sustainable market share growth in line with Lenovo's financial targets
5. Prepare quarterly sales-in/sales-out planning in cooperation with the distribution and channel team

Qualifications & Preferred Experiences

1. 6+ years product and/or business management experience with technology products, ideally from the Consumer Electronics / IT industry
2. Better have E2E experience own PC product line as PM and lead backend team drive for result achieving.
3. Experience with financial management and P&L
4. Professional fluency in English communication
5. Strong ownership & capability for presenting and working in high pressure situation.
