Description and Requirements

职位描述：

1、  具有大型集团企业审计/监督/财务/税务最佳实践的视野，能以审计顶层规划赋能企业客户发展战略。

2、  识别企业新老客户对数智化审计/监督/财务/税务流程和报告的业务需求，与内外部团队合作，撰写符合客户期望的企业数智化转型方案。

3、  定期与合作客户进行沟通，建立良好的长期合作关，密切跟踪项目进展，促进成单。

4、  跟进项目交付进度，统筹内外部资源，确保项目按时交付和验收。

5、熟悉审计业务及流程，对审计数智化有深入的研究和理解。能够根据客户需求设计审计数智化建设方案（如数据分析、审计流程优化、风险模型搭建等）。 

6、精通审计流程与数字技术融合，能协助团队完成数字化审计产品的开发与应用。 

任职资格：

1、具备较强的学习能力和优秀的沟通能力；

2、性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；

3、有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心.责任心和积极的工作态度；

4、对国资委《关于深化中央企业内部审计监督工作的实施意见》等监管政策等有深入理解和落地实践经验；

5、5年以上审计/内控经验，至少2个以上大型集团企业（央企国企）审计咨询或落地实践项目经验。

6、有丰富的央企国企资源者优先。
