Description and Requirements
You will
Scope of duties:
· Communicate with stakeholders to understand digital transformation objectives, metrics and business requirements
· Plan, drive, master and manage business analysis activities.
· Expand and guide the business analyst team to:
- perform requirements collection and track business requirements using RTM
- analyze business data, conduct problem/solution analysis, and translate a business requirement into business solution or system solution requirement (conceptual data model, business/system processes, and business rules)
- explain basic technical feasibility
- assess the justification of a business solution against business benefits
- conduct application decomposition or define application building blocks using business processes (with support from application teams)
- build enterprise business architecture (business processes using BPMN and Customer Journey Map) with software tool as process library
- prepare structural documentation with easy-to-understand sentences and diagrams
- prepare and conduct presentation of business intention, business requirements, business solution and system solution requirements.
- ongoing review of business processes and optimization
· Lead QA team to manage testing activities: test planning, test scenarios and acceptance testing.
· Define training strategy and planning, determinate training requirement, training logistics, conducting training to trainers and collect feedback and refinement
You bring
· University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
· About 10 years of experience as Business Analyst, Application Designer, Application Functional Consultant or equivalent.
· Can plan, drive, master and manage business analysis activities in a business domain area that one has minimal/no experience.
· Strong business acumen and business data analysis to recommend business process and application solution with sound business justification. Experience in Communication, Media and Technology industries, B2C, B2B and B2B2C business models and CRM domains are advantages.
· Hands on experience of applying business analysis techniques (e.g. IIBA,BCS, 6-Sigma, Lean, RACI model ) for business requirement study, business problem solving, business processes using BPMN, prioritization, defining use cases and defining QA/acceptance criteria.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication to facilitate requirement and solution discussion and bridge business and technical communication gaps; good in diagramming, documentation and presentation by consolidating, organizing and conceptualizing piecemeal information into business requirements or business solutions.
· Hands-on experience in business data analysis (using SQL or equivalent) and conceptual data model.
· Experience in Agile Methodology and JIRA (or other equivalent tools) are advantages.
· Excellent in MS-Excel and Powerpoint, or equivalent.
· Good command of spoken and written English
