Description and Requirements
We are looking for a lawyer with solid experience in Consumer Law (litigation and advisory) to act strategically and practically in the comprehensive management of the group's consumer processes and demands. This professional will be responsible for:
Coordinate all strategic and volume litigation in Consumer Law matters, acting as an interface between the company and top-tier external law firms.
Carry out interdepartmental activities and deal with multi-thematic legal issues.
Analyze data and indicators to support legal and business decision-making.
Work collaboratively with the group's other legal departments, promoting the integration of information and alignment of strategies.
Represent the company in meetings and committees of professional associations (ABINEE, Fisep, among others).
Support and guide internal areas on related topics, such as Environmental Law, Sector Regulation, Advertising, Marketing and Commercial Promotions.
Advise and represent the company in serving consumer protection agencies (SENACON, PROCONs, Consumer Prosecution Service, among others).
Manage internal administrative activities related to customer service, in conjunction with the Contact Center, Service and After-Sales areas of the group's companies.
5 or more years of relevant experience
Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish will be considered a plus.
Availability to travel domestically to attend meetings and hearings before consumer protection authorities.
Collaborative profile, with the ability to conduct interdepartmental projects and deal with multi-thematic legal issues in an integrated manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and work together with various areas of the company.
Analytical ability to interpret data, metrics, and indicators aimed at strategic decision-making.
Ability to manage external offices, with a focus on technical quality, efficiency, and control of performance indicators.
Experience in relationships with consumer protection agencies and in conducting administrative defenses and negotiations.
Consolidated experience in strategic and high-volume Consumer Law litigation, as well as in providing preventive legal consultancy.
Postgraduate or specialization degree in Consumer Law, Civil Procedure, or related areas will be a plus.
Higher education in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association.
