Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.

Strong problem-solving and client facing skills

Some Excel knowledge & Basic reporting

Experience working in a cross functional environment

Good to have:-

Presentation skills is preferred.

Any Microsoft Certification will be an added advantage.

Main Responsibilities: -

Design Asset Tag and Drop in Box customized solutions for ThinkPad Laptops, Think Centre Desktops and ThinkStations hardware technology platforms. Create customized solutions for enterprise customers and submit for mass production.

Work directly with lenovo sales team and customers. Gather Asset tag and Drop in Box (instruction flyers) requirements. Create specification document based on the project requirements and create custom solutions.

Manage projects and timelines. Work with global customers

Documenting all interactions with Customer/Sales in Lenovo tools.

Shift Timings

Should be open for Rotational Shift.
