Description and Requirements

The Job:

  • Leads and oversees the Technical Infrastructure Services technical delivery team of IT professionals and engineers
  • Leads and develops the strategy for technology capability and services delivery, also focusing on deploying, monitoring, and managing capability for infrastructure solutions
  • Managing the technical staff with service delivery capability including cloud, server and storage, network and security and AIOps
  • Works with technology partners and vendors and staying with the latest technology trends
  • Collaborates with various business units to achieve the company's vision and mission, fostering a culture of continuous improvements and collaborations
  • Ensuring the successful deployment, monitoring, and management of project delivery
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring their satisfaction with our services

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines, Master degree is an advantage
  • A minimum of 10-years solid experience in implementation of cloud, server and storage, network and security and AIOps
  • Eager and familiar with latest technology trends and good understanding of IT best practices and methodologies
  • Extensive experience in delivering services for integrated IT solutions, services vendor management, capability enablement, and project management.
  • Possesses excellent leadership, business acumen, work ethics, and people skills
  • A good team player with analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivation, working independently and good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in engaging director and C-level executives to pitch differentiated solution value
  • Excellent presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
