Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

  1. 负责后端服务的设计、开发与优化，确保系统稳定、高效运行。
  2. 根据项目需求，编写高质量、可维护的代码，并撰写相关技术文档。
  3. 对现有系统进行性能调优，解决各类技术难题。
  4. 与前端、测试等团队成员紧密合作，确保项目进度和质量。

职位要求：

  1. 熟练掌握Java编程，熟悉Java核心API及常用设计模式。
  2. 熟练掌握SSM框架，了解其设计思想和使用方法，有相关项目经验者优先。
  3. 熟悉MySQL、Redis，oracle等常用数据库，具备数据库优化能力。
  4. 熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等主流Java框架，了解微服务架构。
  5. 熟悉Linux系统，具备基本的服务器运维能力。
  6. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够独立思考和解决问题。
  7. 对技术有热情，具备持续学习和自我提升的能力。
