Description and Requirements

The Job

  • Work with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for data and hybrid infrastructure solutions
  • Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements
  • Design and present tailored data and hybrid infrastructure solutions
  • Create detailed solution architecture diagrams and documentation
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops
  • Organize training sessions on new technologies and best practices
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits and ROI of our solutions
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including solution architecture and deployment
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in data and hybrid infrastructure technologies
  • Participate in industry events and training sessions
  • Drive initiatives to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes with our solutions.
  • Implement mechanisms for collecting customer feedback
  • Hold relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei) and commit to ongoing education
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to best practices

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure and solution design (3-5 years preferred)
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei) are highly desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology
  • Commitment to ongoing education in emerging technologies
