ISG LA Order Management team is focused on providing excellent customer service, while we maintained good communication with other teams, we also have developed over the years a friendly environment while we also focus and support each other to find new ways to improve our processes and help to our growth inside or outside the company.

Lenovo is seeking a Customer Support Representative whose responsibilities include working with internal and external customers and Key Distributors related to ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) business. The position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work with key cross-functional teams located in different countries from Latin America.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for supporting Lenovo's internal and external customers (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, and Business Partners) from Latin America in a variety of order management roles, including - Order Entry, Scheduling, Field Support, ESD, Returns, Billing, and Incentives. This team has daily interactions with Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, AR, and other CF/Supply chain areas.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficient English language with solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Team Player with a positive "can do" attitude
- Must be self-driven and able to work independently while focused on delivering results
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task quickly and efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Knowledge is a PLUS
- VBA Visual Basics Knowledge is PLUS
- Prior experience in a Global Company is a plus
