Role Summary
As the National Sales Manager for Lenovo Australia’s Consumer Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable market share and revenue goals. You will lead a team of high-performing account executives, ensuring we maintain our market-leading position while fostering strong relationships with key retail partners. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a sales-driven, results-oriented professional who embodies Lenovo’s values and inspires the team to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, unit, and profit targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Customer-Centricity: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and channel partners, ensuring Lenovo remains their preferred partner.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 10 Years Proven track record of driving sales success in the consumer electronics or technology sector 
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience working with retail and channel partners in a competitive market.
  • High adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
