Role Summary
As the National Sales Manager for Lenovo Australia’s Consumer Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable market share and revenue goals. You will lead a team of high-performing account executives, ensuring we maintain our market-leading position while fostering strong relationships with key retail partners. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, unit, and profit targets.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Customer-Centricity: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and channel partners, ensuring Lenovo remains their preferred partner.
- Operational Excellence: Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications
- At least 10 Years Proven track record of driving sales success in the consumer electronics or technology sector
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
