What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate, a career-minded professional with a strong background in supply chain planning and execution, to join our team. As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every order is shipped according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will learn about our portfolio, gain an overview of the supply chain process, and develop your analytical thinking and reasoning skills.

This is an exciting role where you’ll interact with global team members, customers, manufacturing sites, and vendors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships to uncover opportunities, and are passionate about connecting the dots to get the job done, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • CSP Parts Management.
  • Our key KPI is to ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).
  • Owners to drive any Supply or Material Allocation.
  • Interlock with Multiple teams on critical orders and open issues.
  • Interlock with suppliers and logistics
  • Customer facing
  • Shortage analysis and reporting
  • Deal with special customer requirements.
  • Control risk buy
  • Review daily backlog to get in front of potential issues affecting customers.
 

Position Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP S4, IPS, BSR
  • English proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Strong ownership, leadership and sense of urgency.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Embrace challenge, find complex and challenging situations as opportunities to learn.
