POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a visionary Global to join our Global Creative Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll conceptualize, produce, and art-direct standout visual assets for our major global campaigns.
Your mission? To craft visually stunning, cohesive 360° campaign materials—from digital to print to experiential—while ensuring every piece aligns with our brand’s DNA and resonates with our audience’s aspirations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Art Direction: Develop compelling mood boards and visual direction for global brand campaigns. Present these concepts in an inspiring way to effectively communicate our brand vision to internal and external stakeholders.
Campaign Design: Create high-quality visuals for brand campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, print collateral, and product launch assets.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the campaign and creative teams to brainstorm and develop visually engaging campaign concepts. Graphic Design: Attention to detail in developing compelling graphic design, consistently applying brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Brand Consistency: Ensure all campaign materials adhere to the brand’s identity, maintaining a cohesive visual language across all platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, CX, and product teams, as well as external agencies, to translate campaign objectives into impactful visual solutions.
Trend Integration: Stay updated on design and industry trends to infuse fresh, relevant ideas into campaign assets.
Multiple Formats: Adapt and optimize campaign designs for various formats, including digital, print, and experiential channels.
Project Management: Manage multiple campaign tasks efficiently, prioritizing timelines to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from global and regional stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a design role focused on campaigns, preferably within a tech, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or animation tools is a plus.
Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing campaign designs, creative branding projects, and multi-platform visuals.
Creative Thinking: Strong ability to conceptualize and bring innovative ideas to life that reflect the brand’s unique positioning.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to design details and quality assurance.
Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English fluency), with a proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams. Solid command of the English language with ability to communicate in a global business setting.
Problem Solving: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to feedback with a solution-oriented mindset.
Education: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
