Description and Requirements

Roles and responsibilities

This position is responsible for business operations to support Lenovo Japan commercial business planning and execution, to maximize its revenue and profit.

  • Business / Project Management
    • Set KPIs in align with business strategy and track/report progress in regular cadence.
    • Analyze what is working or Not working and its root cause, consolidate action plan to drive further performance improvement
    • Manage ad hoc projects to improve entire business performance
  • Alliance Management
    • Manage Lenovo’s alliance partners fund and program
    • Work with alliance partners to improve ROI of program to maximize Lenovo revenue and profit

  • Product and Segment planning / marketing
  • Sales
  • Finance
  • Supply and Demand, Logistics

Experience (must have)
- Experience in making business decisions by quantitative analysis
- Experience in business operations with short-term(weekly, daily) Business Management System

Experience (nice to have)
- Experience in hardware industry for international company
- Experience in professional firms .e.g management consulting

Skills and Competency (must have)
- Data driven/logical approach 
- Business level English skills (ref. TOEIC600+)

Skills and Competency (nice to have)
- Basic knowledge of PC (e.g. technical term like CPU, HDD)
