Description and Requirements

  • Provide support to the Company Secretarial Department to ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance as well as other applicable laws and regulations
  • Coordinate departmental administrative activities
  • Manage bill payments
  • Manage statutory filings and correspondences with internal parties
  • Handle the ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor
