Description and Requirements

1. Product Transition management

2. Product EOL (end of life) management:

  • Product EOL new finalization and alignment with cross functions.

• Lead end to end team to handle Lifecycle EOL change management

3. Supply & Demand insurance to maximize business target

• Long term forecast planning to the best exact level.

• Lead end to end co-work on supply & demand balance to minimize lost while product end of lifecycle

• Mega deal management

• Incident issue management during lifecycle

4. Product Productivity management

• Product complexity planning the in developing phase, and ensure the best productivity during the whole lifecycle.

5. Key commodity management of Notebook：

• Key commodity cost, deal studying, demand/supply, test, change management, transition and EOL management.

6.  Operation biz and data management

• Using Power BI dashboard for visualization.

• Studying how to use AI for future working efficiency.
