We are hiring a Customer Experience Data Analytics Intern to join the Lenovo Experience Group. This role is based in Morrisville, NC and will require onsite presence 3 days/week.

As part of the Lenovo Experience Group, we are a community of innovative thinkers who use analytics to drive data-driven decisions to improve customer experiences, employee experiences, and digital experiences for Lenovo operational teams. As a summer intern you'll work with experienced analysts and data science professionals who will teach you the fundamentals of data analysis while you contribute to real projects.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and practice data analysis basics using tools like Excel and SQL
• Help create simple data visualizations to share findings with the team
• Assist in gathering and organizing data for team projects
• Take part in team meetings to understand how data professionals work together
• Learn how to document your work for team collaboration
• Work with different departments to understand how they use data

Basic Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar
• Basic Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Interest in working with data and solving problems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC

Preferred Requirements:

• Some exposure to programming (Python, R, or any coding language)
• Familiarity with making charts and graphs
• Eagerness to learn new technical skills
